The Practice of Practice

A parent told me a few weeks ago about a book they had bought recently called The Practice of Practice by Jonathan D Harnum PhD that was helping his children with their between lesson piano practice.

While the advice in the book reinforces a lot of the things I ask you to do when you are practicing, there is a wealth of additional advice contained within it’s pages.

I bought myself a copy and have to agree that it is well worth the read. It is equally useful for adults and children.

It is available in paperback, Kindle and audiobook editions from Amazon, link below.
